Moroccan Chicken Legs

The mix of cumin, coriander and cinnamon in this crispy, roasted Moroccan chicken legs recipe is mouthwatering!


Crispy Moroccan Chicken Legs

-1 1/2 tsp ground cumin

-1 1/2 tsp ground coriander

-1/2 tsp paprika

-1/4 tsp pepper

-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

-3/4 tsp salt

-3 cloves garlic, minced

-2 tbsp olive oil

-4 chicken legs


Preheat oven to 425 F.  Mix cumin, coriander, paprika, pepper, cinnamon, salt, garlic and olive oil in a small bowl.  Use this mixture to marinate the chicken legs either in a shallow dish or large ziploc bag 30 minutes or overnight.  Bake on a baking sheet 40 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink inside.
